Article 1 — Data controller

The processing of personal data is carried out by Hassan and Ahmed Al Gizani:

Article 2 — Data collected

The data collected are: first name, email address, telephone number, provided voluntarily via the forms on the site.

Technical data may also be collected automatically while browsing (such as the IP address, connection data and server logs), for the purposes of security and of the proper functioning of the site.

Article 3 — Purpose of the collection

The data collected are used for:

• the management of registrations and of access to the services,
• communication with users,
• the management of payments and of invoicing,
• the sending of information relating to the services, to new developments and to offers (if the user has consented to it).

Article 4 — Legal basis and processors

The processing is based on the free and informed consent of the user. The data may pass through the following providers:

• Hostinger — hosting and storage of the site,
• iClosed — online appointment booking (first name, email, telephone),
• Typeform — application and recruitment forms,
• Vimeo — hosting and playback of the videos embedded in the site,
• where applicable, audience measurement or advertising tools (e.g. Meta), only with the consent of the user.

Article 5 — Retention period and transfers abroad

The data are kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose pursued, or until the user requests their deletion.

Some of the providers mentioned above are established outside Switzerland, in particular in the European Union and in the United States. The data may therefore be transferred there, on the basis of appropriate contractual safeguards within the meaning of art. 16 FADP.

Article 6 — Rights of the user

In accordance with the applicable legislation (the Swiss revFADP, and the GDPR where applicable), the user has the following rights:

• right of access to their data,
• right to rectification,
• right to erasure,
• right to restriction of processing,
• right to object,
• right to data portability.

Article 7 — Cookies

The site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its proper technical functioning. No cookie for marketing purposes is currently used without consent. Should this change, a dedicated cookie policy will be published and kept up to date.
