Article 1 — Identity of the seller

Article 2 — Nature of the services

ALG Club sells an online training programme in the field of personal finance and investment, in the form of digital educational content accessible after payment. This service is exclusively educational: it includes neither investment advice, nor asset management, nor individual recommendations.

Article 3 — Access to the services

Access is immediate after validation of the payment, via a link or a personal account. Access is personal and reserved to the registered user. The user undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of their login credentials and not to share them.

Article 4 — Terms of payment

A single payment for the first year, then an annual subscription from the second year onwards. Payments are made by bank transfer to ALG Club's account with the bank UBS in Switzerland. In the event of non-payment or of a rejected payment, access to the services may be suspended until the position is regularised.

Payment by instalments. The Client may, on an exceptional basis, benefit from payment by instalments of the total price of the programme, spread over 2, 3, 5 or 10 monthly instalments according to the option chosen when the order is placed. The first payment falls due immediately when the order is placed. The subsequent monthly instalments will be debited automatically in accordance with the payment schedule communicated at the time of payment.

The Client irrevocably undertakes to pay the whole of the amount due, even if they cease to use the service, deregister or terminate early. In the event of non-payment of an instalment, access may be suspended and the whole of the sums outstanding will become immediately due.

Payments by instalments constitute neither a credit nor a subscription, but a contractual splitting of the payment of the total price. Administrative fees of 30 CHF may be applied for any reminder or payment incident. The governing law is that of the canton of Bern.

Article 5 — No right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable legislation on digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the user acknowledges that they have no right of withdrawal.

Article 6 — Personal use

The content and services are reserved for strictly personal use. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, resale or sharing is strictly prohibited and may give rise to the immediate suspension of access, without refund, as well as to civil proceedings.

Article 7 — Limitation of liability

The services offered have an exclusively educational and informative purpose. ALG Club is neither a financial adviser, nor an asset manager, nor a financial or insurance intermediary, and provides no personalised investment recommendation. No financial result is guaranteed: past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. The user remains solely responsible for their investment decisions.

Article 8 — Governing law and place of jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the canton of Bern shall have sole jurisdiction.
