ALG Club trains private individuals in French-speaking Switzerland to steer their own wealth, on the basis of a proprietary method and a thorough practice of investment that complies with Muslim ethics. We are building the team that will carry that standard to our members.
ALG Club Sàrl is a Swiss company based in Biel/Bienne, founded by Ahmed and Hassan Al Gizani. We train private individuals in French-speaking Switzerland to steer their own wealth, on the basis of the OMÉGA investment system developed in-house. A significant share of our members are looking for investments that comply with Muslim ethics: an expertise we have built on the AAOIFI standards, and which we document for our members in French-speaking Switzerland.
We work as a small, accountable team: few layers, quick decisions, direct access to the founders. Everyone who joins us takes on a real remit within the first few weeks, and sees it widen as the club grows.

Our standard comes down to one sentence: a member should know at all times what they hold, and why they hold it. We recruit the people capable of sustaining that level — and we give them the means to sustain it.
The investment industry lives off opacity and delegation. We do the opposite: we explain, we document, and we teach until the member no longer needs us.

Understanding what you hold, why you hold it, and knowing what to do when the market moves. That is the only outcome that counts for us.

To be the place people in French-speaking Switzerland turn to in order to learn to invest seriously — including, and above all, in the segment that complies with Muslim ethics.

The Système OMÉGA is a written framework for reading the markets, taught exactly as it stands. We do not follow the mood of the moment: we follow the method, and we explain it.
They are not decorative. They serve as the criterion when a decision is difficult — and they serve as the criterion at interview, whatever the position.
A figure put forward is a figure that has been checked. A position taken is a position that has been documented. We prefer to say “I will check and come back to you” rather than approximate in front of a member.
No promise of returns, no grey areas on fees, no silence when a market falls. We say what we know, including what is uncomfortable.
Knowing how to invest is not enough: you have to be able to explain it to someone starting out, calmly, without jargon and without condescension. It is the rarest skill, and the most valued here.
We train a great many members for whom religious compliance is not optional. That calls for complete honesty about what is compliant, what is not, and what remains debated.
Three things genuinely set day-to-day life apart here — and they hold for every position we open.

You watch people progress over time, from one module to the next, and gain autonomy from one quarter to the next. Few jobs give such direct feedback on the quality of your work.
The responsibility is real: a member is counting on you to understand what they are doing. It is demanding, and that is precisely what makes the role interesting.

You work directly with the founders on the Système OMÉGA, Swiss pension planning and AAOIFI compliance screening. In-house training is part of the job, not a good intention.
If you are aiming for a certification — Islamic finance, teaching — we will support you: your level of expertise is also ours.

Padel tournaments, evening gatherings, meet-ups between members: we regularly organise events where the team and the club come together away from the screen.
This is not a cosmetic perk. It is where members become faces, and where the relationship stops being a line in a CRM.
We have no published opening at the moment. We open new roles as the club grows and we read every speculative application — each advertisement published here will set out the remit, the conditions and the pay, with no grey areas.
You know where you stand at every moment. We reply to every application, including the ones we turn down.
A short form: your background, your relationship with investing, your availability.
≈ 2 minutesA video call to check the fundamental fit: motivation, availability, values.
≈ 30 minutesWith Ahmed and Hassan. A practical case: you handle a real situation, as you would in the role.
≈ 1 hourA reasoned answer, then a gradual onboarding with the remit handed over in stages.
Within 2 weeksWe are not looking for a perfect CV. We are looking for rigorous people, able to explain complex subjects simply, and convinced that trust is built over time. The rest is learned here.
